Unopened and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery
Items must be in their original packaging
For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns on opened or used items
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you by email
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
Refunds will be applied to your original payment method
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item contact us within 7 days of delivery
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you
Discreet Returns
All return shipping labels are plain and unmarked
